As the 2019 Rick Steves tour is the only one I've taken, I'm a bit limited when it comes to passing on praise. It has become the baseline of which all furture tours to be compared to. I doubt after this trip any tour would even come close to the experience.

But it wouldn't be the same without the members of the 2019 tour group. Not having travelled with a group since 1973 with the scouts, travelling with a group of all, non family related adults has been an enriching experience that will not likely be forgotten. Thank you all for the opportunity to meet each and everyone and for sharing the experience of this tour together.

With every tour there is that is that special someone who leads, nurtures and ensures each member of the tour has that one of a kind experience....a pilot if you will. That someone was Toni Seymour.  As a 22 year veteran of the Rick Steves Tours, I could tell she had everyone's best interest in mind....what with the meal recommendations and yes, the chocolates and Ricola.   Merci, merci, merci beaucoup Madame Toni.

And with that said, no pilot is complete without one's wingman. We knew him as Roget, our bus driver. A mild mannered man who was always a gentleman, a professional and and expert at his craft.  Merci beaucoup Roget.
